Play-planner software is used by surf schools to manage their activity (client listing and billing, and instructor scheduling). To do this, schools create files for each client, these files may contain the following information: name, first name, date of birth, address, telephone number and email. The application stores your data on a server hosted by Hetzner (www.hetzner.com ### Hetzner Online GmbH Industriestr. 25 91710 Gunzenhausen Germany) in its data center (FSN1-DC12) in Germany. The app also maintains the history of surf packages purchased, receipts, and dates and times of lessons taken.

Client files can be created manually by the user of the software.

Customer files are also created automatically when the customer enters their personal information on the registration form.

This data is not transmitted to any association, company or other entity.
