A story born from the ocean, the field, and encounters.
The origin
Play-Planner was born on the beach, between two sessions, watching my friends who run surf schools juggle notebooks, calls, spreadsheets and unexpected events.
They spent their days chasing after organization, instead of enjoying students, the ocean, and life outdoors.
I then understood that a simple, fluid tool was missing, adapted to their reality: a tool that respects the spirit of surfing, not complicated software that weighs down the day.
Play-Planner was born from a desire: to lighten the daily life of surf schools, so they can focus on what matters most.
The founder
My name is Xavier. Surfer since age 9, high-level athlete, software engineer, passionate about organization and software design.
For 13 seasons, I have been exchanging with schools, listening to them, understanding how they work, their constraints, their needs.
I don't have a sales department. My role is not to sell you software, but to see with you what can really help you.
It's me who responds, who explains, who supports, always without pressure. My approach is simple: take the time to understand how you work, and see if Play-Planner can help you.
My absolute priority: stability and reliability. For 13 seasons, never any data loss.
